Marketing Undo’s/Alpha Tavern a work of love at Wheelhouse Creative

Wheelhouse Creative has the honor of marketing Undo’s Family Restaurants/Alpha Tavern.
Yes, you could say we have very good taste in clients.
Ohio Valley diners know of what we mean. With a base of Italian food, Undo’s – with restaurants in Benwood, St. Clairsville and Weirton – and the Alpha Tavern in Woodsdale have been serving delicious food for decades.
The group has a rich tradition dating back to the Benwood Flamingo Club, established in 1953. And Wheelhouse has been entrusted to help make sure that tradition continues to flourish.
“We love working with their team,” said Wheelhouse account specialist John Blackmore. “They’ve been such an important part of the Ohio Valley community and it’s our job to highlight not only what they serve, but how they do so and reach as many people as possible. It’s been a very effective, long-term, ongoing campaign.”
Wheelhouse Creative was tasked with graphic design, social media and small camera video production for the group, but, really, it’s been a labor of love.
“We’ve done more, like a lot of live videos of late,” Blackmore said. “We do a preview on Wednesday of what chef and owner Beau Catalano will prepare for the Thursday Italian Buffet Night at Undo’s West. It’s been getting anywhere from 15,000 to 25,000 views.”
Within that, we promote that diners get a 25 percent discount if they hit the buffet between 4-5 p.m. on Thursday.
